Instagram username rules
- Maximum 30 characters long.
- Only letters (a–z), numbers (0–9), underscores (_) and periods (.) allowed.
- No leading, trailing or consecutive periods.
- Usernames are case-insensitive — @Alex and @alex are the same handle.
- Must be unique across the platform.
- Cannot contain spaces or special characters like @, #, or &.
